Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@sacredmindsmedia.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems with your item.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
